    Share your existing design with our designer on WhatsApp after ordering. We’ll check whether it is suitable for your selected product and flag any adjustments needed for printing.

  • Have a Logo or an Idea?

    Share your logo, text, reference images, rough sketch, or description. We’ll use the information you provide to prepare a clear layout for your printed product.

  • Don’t Have a Logo?

    We may be able to create a simple text-based wordmark or basic mark as part of your product layout. This is not a full logo-design service. Creating additional artwork or assets may cost extra, depending on complexity.

Common Questions

When and how do I share my text, logo, or artwork?

After you place your order, our designer will contact you on WhatsApp using the number provided at checkout. You can share your text, logo, existing artwork, reference images, and design instructions there.

How do I review and approve the artwork?

Your designer will send a digital proof on WhatsApp. Review all text, spelling, contact details, and layout, then request any changes before approving. Your order moves to printing only after you approve the final artwork. Please check it carefully, as changes may not be possible once production begins.

Can you create a logo or artwork if I don’t have one?

Our standard design support focuses on preparing the artwork for the product you order. We may be able to create a simple text-based wordmark or basic mark, but we don’t provide full logo-design or brand-identity services. If artwork or assets need to be created because you haven’t supplied them, additional charges may apply depending on complexity.

Can I ask a question before placing an order?

Yes. For general product, order, or other enquiries, use our Contact page. WhatsApp is used for design coordination with your designer after an order is placed.
