Terms of service
Last Updated: 17 October 2026
Welcome to FZN Printing Co. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services.
By accessing our website, placing an Order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or place an Order. These Terms apply to visitors, customers, businesses, and other users of our website and services.
Because our products are often custom-made, please read these Terms together with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, where relevant. Our Privacy Policy separately explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. These documents should be read alongside information on the relevant product page and any Order-specific quotation or confirmation.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
“Company”, “FZN Printing Co.”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to FZN Printing Co., the owner and operator of this website.
“Website” refers to the official FZN Printing Co. website and any related online services operated by us.
“Customer”, “you”, and “your” refer to any individual, business, organisation, or entity accessing our website or placing an Order.
“Products” means all printed and related products offered by FZN Printing Co.
“Custom Products” means products manufactured specifically according to customer-provided or customer-approved content, Artwork, specifications, or instructions.
“Artwork” includes text, logos, images, graphics, illustrations, layouts, designs, fonts, trademarks, and other creative material submitted, uploaded, prepared, or approved for an Order.
“Design Assistance” means Artwork preparation, layout, formatting, modification, or other design-related assistance provided by FZN Printing Co. in connection with an Order.
“Order” means a request to purchase products or services submitted through our website or another sales channel expressly authorised by us.
“Business Day” means Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays observed by FZN Printing Co.
“Artwork Proof” or “Proof” means a digital proof or other representation supplied for the customer to review before production.
“Artwork Approval” means the customer’s confirmation that the Proof is accurate and ready for production.
“Manufacturing Defect” means a material fault in the printing, finishing, or manufacture of a product attributable to our production process that makes the delivered product materially different from the confirmed Order specifications or approved Proof. This term does not include normal printing variations or errors already present in customer-approved Artwork, and it does not limit rights available under applicable law.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By using our website or placing an Order with FZN Printing Co., you agree to these Terms and to any applicable terms clearly presented for that Order before purchase.
If you place an Order on behalf of a business, organisation, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf and accept these Terms.
We may refuse service, reject an Order, suspend access, or decline future transactions where permitted by applicable law, including where a customer materially breaches these Terms, provides false information, submits unlawful or prohibited content, or engages in fraudulent or abusive activity.
If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. If a subject-specific policy conflicts with these Terms on the specific matter it addresses, that policy will govern that matter to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory legal rights prevail over any inconsistent term.
Changes to these Terms apply to Orders placed after the revised Terms take effect, unless applicable law requires otherwise. An update does not retrospectively change the terms of an Order already accepted.
3. Eligibility
To place an Order with FZN Printing Co., you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable laws.
If you are placing an Order on behalf of a business, company, partnership, educational institution, government body, or any other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf and to accept these Terms.
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when placing an Order, including your name, billing information, shipping address, email address, telephone number, and any other information reasonably required to process your Order.
You are responsible for ensuring that your account information and contact details remain accurate. FZN Printing Co. shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
We reserve the right to verify customer information where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or ensure the successful fulfilment of an Order.
4. Orders
4.1 Order Placement
Orders may be placed through our website or through any other sales channel expressly authorised by FZN Printing Co.
An Order submitted by you constitutes an offer to purchase products or services from us. Submission of an Order does not automatically create a binding contract or guarantee acceptance of the Order.
We may accept, decline, or cancel an Order on reasonable grounds, including where:
- required information is incomplete or inaccurate;
- payment is unsuccessful or cannot be verified;
- the submitted content or Artwork cannot reasonably be produced, or does not meet requirements clearly communicated on the relevant product page or during the Order process;
- the requested content violates these Terms or applicable law;
- production is not reasonably possible;
- pricing or technical errors have occurred; or
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
If we decline an Order after receiving payment, we will notify you and process any refund due in accordance with applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.
4.2 Order Confirmation
After an Order is placed, you may receive an acknowledgement confirming that we received your Order request. This acknowledgement alone does not mean that we have accepted the Order.
We will accept an Order through an Order confirmation or other clear communication, or by commencing production after the applicable requirements have been satisfied. Before acceptance, we may reject an Order for a reason permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
Depending on the product and Order, acceptance or production may require:
- receipt or approval of the required payment;
- the necessary content, Artwork, and design information;
- resolution of required clarifications; and
- final Artwork Approval where a Proof is required.
If we identify a material pricing or listing error before production, we may pause the Order and contact you with the correct details. If you do not agree to proceed on the corrected terms, we will cancel the affected Order and refund the amount paid for it, subject to applicable law.
4.3 Custom Products
Nearly all products sold by FZN Printing Co. are manufactured specifically for each customer.
Unlike mass-produced goods, Custom Products are created according to customer specifications, submitted Artwork, approved designs, selected materials, finishes, sizes, quantities, and other production instructions.
Because every Custom Product is manufactured exclusively for the customer, such products cannot ordinarily be resold, reused, or repurposed.
Accordingly, Orders for Custom Products are subject to the specific provisions relating to Artwork Approval, cancellations, returns, refunds, and production contained in these Terms and our related policies.
4.4 Production Commencement
Production will begin only after all applicable requirements have been completed.
Depending on the product ordered, this may include:
- receipt of the required payment;
- receipt of complete Artwork or design information;
- completion of any design services;
- customer approval of the final Artwork; and
- any additional confirmation reasonably required by FZN Printing Co.
Production timelines displayed on the website are estimates only and commence from the date production actually begins, not from the date the Order is placed.
4.5 Customer Communication
You agree to respond within a reasonable time to requests for information, Artwork Approval, clarification, or other communications needed to complete your Order. A delay in responding may delay design work, production, dispatch, or delivery.
If an Order remains inactive because required information or approval has not been provided, we may place it on hold and contact you about next steps. We may cancel the Order where appropriate, subject to applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.
4.6 Electronic Communications and Approvals
Order-related communications may be sent through the email address, phone number, WhatsApp account, Shopify order notifications, or other contact method you provide or agree to use. These communications may include Order acknowledgements, requests for information, Proofs, Artwork Approval requests, payment notices, dispatch updates, and delivery updates.
Where we request Artwork Approval, we may rely on your clear confirmation through the communication channel specified for the Order and retain that confirmation with the Order record. Please review contact details and each Proof carefully before replying. Transactional messages are distinct from marketing messages; marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable law and any required consent or opt-out choices.
5. Pricing & Payments
5.1 Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, shipping charges, optional services, and other charges will be disclosed during checkout or in the applicable quotation, where relevant.
We take reasonable care to display accurate prices and product information. If we identify a material pricing or listing error, we may pause the affected Order and notify you before production. If you do not agree to proceed on the corrected terms, we may cancel the affected Order and refund the amount paid for it, subject to applicable law. We will not use a pricing error to impose an undisclosed charge after you have placed an Order.
5.2 Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout or otherwise approved by FZN Printing Co.
Your Order may not proceed to production until the required payment obligations have been satisfied.
Where partial payment, token payment, or staged payment options are offered, the applicable terms will be communicated before production begins.
Failure to complete payment within the required time may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of your Order.
5.3 Taxes
Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other applicable taxes shall be charged in accordance with Indian law.
Where a valid GST invoice is requested, you are responsible for providing accurate billing details, including GSTIN where applicable, before invoice generation.
Once an invoice has been generated, modifications may not be possible except where required by applicable law.
5.4 Promotional Offers
From time to time, FZN Printing Co. may offer discounts, promotional pricing, coupon codes, or special offers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- promotions cannot be combined;
- promotions have no cash value;
- promotions apply only during their stated validity period;
- promotions may exclude certain products or services; and
- we reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time before an Order is accepted.
Withdrawal or expiry of a promotion shall not affect Orders that have already been accepted under the applicable promotional terms.
5.5 Payment Security
Online payments are processed through third-party payment service providers.
FZN Printing Co. does not store complete credit card, debit card, or other sensitive payment credentials on its own systems.
The collection and processing of payment information are governed by the applicable payment provider’s policies in addition to our Privacy Policy.
6. Artwork Submission
6.1 Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate content and materials needed for your Order, which may include text, names, contact details, logos, images, brand colours, reference material, and other assets. You do not necessarily need to provide a finished, print-ready design: FZN Printing Co. can prepare Artwork for printing using the information and materials you provide, as described in Section 8.
Before approving a Proof, carefully review all content intended to appear on the finished product, including:
- spelling, grammar, names, and job titles;
- phone numbers, email addresses, website URLs, and postal addresses;
- social media handles, QR codes, and barcodes;
- dimensions and orientation; and
- logos, images, branding elements, and other visible content.
You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content and assets you supply. We are not responsible for errors in those materials that remain in the Artwork you approve.
6.2 Artwork Requirements and Production Suitability
Where you provide existing Artwork or files, those materials must meet the technical requirements communicated on the relevant product page, upload instructions, quotation, or Order correspondence. Requirements may include file format, dimensions, bleed, colour mode, resolution, fonts, or other production details.
If supplied Artwork is unsuitable or incomplete, we may ask you to provide revised materials, recommend additional design work, make minor technical adjustments where appropriate, or decline the Order if it cannot reasonably be produced. We will communicate material requirements or additional charges before the relevant additional work begins. Any decision about production feasibility will be made reasonably and subject to applicable law.
6.3 Customer-Owned Content
You retain ownership of the Artwork you submit.
By submitting Artwork to FZN Printing Co., you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence solely to:
- review the Artwork;
- prepare it for production;
- manufacture your ordered products;
- provide design-related services requested by you;
- create production Proofs;
- store the Artwork for Order fulfilment and reasonable business records; and
- perform other activities reasonably necessary to complete your Order.
This licence automatically terminates once it is no longer reasonably necessary for us to retain the Artwork, subject to legal, accounting, operational, or backup requirements. Our Privacy Policy explains how long we keep Artwork, Proofs, and related records.
Submission of Artwork does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to FZN Printing Co.
6.4 Rights and Permissions
By submitting Artwork, you represent and warrant that:
- you own the Artwork, or
- you have obtained all necessary licences, permissions, and authorisations required for us to reproduce it.
You further confirm that the Artwork does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights of any third party.
FZN Printing Co. is not responsible for verifying ownership of customer-submitted Artwork.
6.5 Right to Refuse Artwork
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any Order containing Artwork that, in our reasonable opinion:
- violates applicable laws;
- infringes intellectual property rights;
- contains prohibited or unlawful content;
- promotes hate, discrimination, violence, terrorism, or criminal activity;
- contains obscene, sexually explicit, or abusive material;
- includes fraudulent or misleading information;
- is technically unsuitable for production; or
- otherwise violates these Terms.
Where appropriate, any refund shall be governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Artwork Approval
7.1 Proof Approval
Where Artwork Approval is required, we will provide a digital Proof or other approval method before production begins.
The Proof represents the layout and general appearance of the printed product.
Minor differences may occur between the digital Proof and the final printed product due to differences in display devices, printing processes, materials, finishing techniques, and manufacturing tolerances.
7.2 Final Approval
Production will commence only after you provide final Artwork Approval through the method specified by FZN Printing Co.
By approving the Artwork, you confirm that you have carefully reviewed and accepted all aspects of the design, including:
- spelling;
- grammar;
- punctuation;
- names;
- contact information;
- colours;
- positioning;
- layout;
- dimensions;
- orientation;
- logos;
- images;
- QR codes;
- barcodes; and
- all other visible content.
Artwork Approval is your final opportunity to identify and correct errors before production.
7.3 Responsibility After Approval
By approving a Proof, you accept responsibility for the content and design details shown in it, including spelling, contact information, QR codes, missing information, layout, positioning, and colour choices. We will not be responsible for reprinting solely to correct an error that was present in the Proof you approved.
This does not remove your right to raise a claim where the delivered product has a Manufacturing Defect, is materially different from the approved Proof or confirmed Order specifications, is damaged before delivery, or where a remedy is otherwise available under applicable law or our Return & Refund Policy.
7.4 Changes After Approval
Requests to modify Artwork after approval may not be possible.
If production has not yet begun, we may, depending on production status and after informing you of any applicable fee or timeline impact:
- allow modifications;
- charge additional design or administration fees;
- revise production timelines; or
- require a fresh Artwork Approval.
Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
8. Design Assistance
8.1 Design Assistance
FZN Printing Co. prepares the Artwork required for printing based on the information, content, and materials provided by the customer.
Customers are generally expected to provide all necessary content, including text, logos, brand colours, images, and any other Artwork required for the Order.
Our design work primarily involves arranging, formatting, and preparing the supplied content for professional printing.
8.2 Additional Design Work
Where the customer does not provide complete Artwork or sufficient design assets, FZN Printing Co. may offer additional Design Assistance.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- creating a new layout or design;
- recreating or redrawing Artwork;
- designing logos or icons;
- sourcing suitable graphics or illustrations where permitted;
- creating custom visual elements; or
- other creative work beyond standard print preparation.
Such services may incur additional charges depending on the complexity, time, and scope of the work required.
Any applicable charges will be communicated to the customer before the additional design work begins.
8.3 Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate content, including text, names, contact information, logos, images, branding materials, and any other information required for the Order.
The customer is also responsible for ensuring that all submitted materials may be legally reproduced and do not infringe the rights of any third party.
Delays in providing the required materials or responding to design queries may delay production and delivery timelines.
8.4 Design Approval
All Artwork prepared by FZN Printing Co., whether based on customer-supplied materials or created through additional design work, must receive the customer’s final approval before production begins.
The customer’s approval confirms acceptance of the complete design and is subject to the Artwork Approval provisions set out in these Terms.
8.5 Ownership of Design Work
The customer retains ownership of the content and Artwork originally provided by them.
Once the customer has paid in full for the Order, the customer owns the final approved design that FZN Printing Co. created specifically for that Order under Section 8.2, such as a logo or layout designed for the customer. FZN Printing Co. assigns to the customer all of its rights in that final design, worldwide and for the full duration of those rights, and this assignment does not lapse if the customer does not exercise the rights within any particular period. This paragraph is intended to operate as a written assignment. It does not apply to the items described in the following paragraphs.
FZN Printing Co. retains ownership of its internal design templates, production files, workflows, methodologies, and any preliminary concepts or unused design options created during the design process.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, editable source files, working files, and production files are not included with an Order and remain the property of FZN Printing Co. Owning the final design does not entitle the customer to receive them.
Where third-party fonts, graphics, stock images, or other licensed assets are used, their use remains subject to the applicable licence terms, and ownership of them does not pass to the customer.
9. Printing Variations
Commercial printing involves production processes and materials that can create minor variations between a digital Proof, samples, separate print runs, and finished products. Minor variations described in this section do not by themselves constitute a Manufacturing Defect.
These normal variations do not excuse a product that is materially different from the confirmed Order specifications or approved Proof, and they do not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law. Claims about a Manufacturing Defect, transit damage, or a material mismatch are handled under Section 12 and our Return & Refund Policy.
9.1 Colour Variations
Colours displayed on computer monitors, mobile devices, tablets, and printed samples may differ from the final printed product due to differences in:
- screen calibration;
- display technology;
- lighting conditions;
- printing equipment;
- inks;
- paper or other substrates; and
- finishing processes.
Exact colour matching is not guaranteed unless a colour-matching service has been specifically offered and agreed upon in writing.
Minor colour variations between print runs, reprints, or different materials are normal and shall not be considered Manufacturing Defects.
9.2 Trimming and Alignment
Due to the nature of commercial printing and finishing processes, slight variations in trimming, cutting, folding, creasing, die-cutting, perforation, scoring, and Artwork alignment may occur.
Customers should avoid placing important text, logos, QR codes, or other critical elements too close to the trim edge. Any product-specific safe-margin, bleed, or file requirements will be communicated on the relevant product page, in upload instructions, or during the Order process.
Minor alignment or trimming variations within normal commercial printing tolerances are not considered defects.
9.3 Materials and Finishes
The appearance and feel of printed products may vary depending on the selected:
- paper or substrate;
- paper batch;
- thickness (GSM);
- coating;
- lamination;
- foiling;
- embossing;
- spot UV;
- texture; and
- other finishing processes.
Natural variations in materials supplied by manufacturers are beyond our reasonable control.
9.4 Quantity Tolerance
For certain products or production methods, a small variation in the final delivered quantity may occur because of manufacturing, quality-control, or finishing requirements. Any specific quantity tolerance should be stated on the relevant product page or quotation where applicable. If no tolerance is stated, any difference will be assessed against the confirmed Order quantity and applicable law.
9.5 Reprints
Where an Order is reprinted, minor differences between the original production and the reprinted Order may occur due to changes in production conditions, materials, equipment calibration, or manufacturing batches.
Such variations do not constitute defects.
10. Production Timelines
Production begins only after all applicable requirements have been completed, including:
- receipt of the required payment;
- receipt of complete Artwork or design information;
- completion of any applicable design work;
- final Artwork Approval; and
- any additional information reasonably required to process the Order.
Estimated production times displayed on our website are provided for general guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Production timelines may be affected by factors including, but not limited to:
- customer delays in providing information;
- delayed Artwork Approval;
- design revisions;
- equipment maintenance;
- material availability;
- unusually high Order volumes;
- courier delays;
- public holidays; or
- events beyond our reasonable control.
While we make reasonable efforts to complete Orders within the estimated timeframe, FZN Printing Co. shall not be liable for losses arising solely from production delays.
This does not limit any right you have under applicable law where an Order is delivered materially later than the delivery schedule stated for it, other than where the delay results from an event described in Section 21. In that case, the remedies available under applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy continue to apply.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Estimated delivery dates are provided by shipping partners and should be treated as estimates only. Section 10 explains the rights that continue to apply where an Order is delivered materially late.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided in the Order, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address, recipient details, and contact information are accurate at the time of placing the Order.
FZN Printing Co. shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping charges, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
12. Inspection and Claims
Customers should inspect their Order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If you believe that a product has been damaged during transit, contains a Manufacturing Defect, or does not substantially match the approved Artwork, you should notify FZN Printing Co. within the time specified in our Return & Refund Policy.
When submitting a claim, we may request supporting information, including:
- photographs of the product;
- photographs of the packaging;
- the Order number;
- a description of the issue; and
- any other information reasonably required to investigate the claim.
Customers should retain the original packaging and products until the claim has been reviewed, as these may be required for inspection or verification.
Failure to provide sufficient information or cooperate with the investigation may affect our ability to assess the claim.
13. Order Cancellation
13.1 Cancellation Before Production
You may request cancellation before production begins by contacting us with your Order number. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible and what amount, if any, is refundable.
Where design work or other services have already been performed at your request, or non-recoverable third-party costs have reasonably been incurred, those amounts may be taken into account only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms communicated to you before the relevant work or cost was incurred. Any cancellation fee imposed on a consumer must comply with applicable law, including any requirements concerning equivalent cancellation charges where we cancel an Order ourselves.
13.2 Cancellation After Production Begins
Once production has commenced, cancellation may no longer be possible because the product is being manufactured for your Order. If we agree to cancel after production begins, any amount retained will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and will take account of work completed and reasonable, non-recoverable costs directly related to the Order.
This section does not restrict rights or remedies that apply where a product has a Manufacturing Defect, is materially different from the confirmed Order, is damaged before delivery, or where applicable law otherwise gives you a right to cancel or obtain a remedy.
13.3 Cancellation by FZN Printing Co.
We may cancel an Order where payment cannot be verified, required information is not provided after reasonable follow-up, the submitted content is unlawful or prohibited, production is not reasonably possible, we reasonably suspect fraud, a material pricing or technical error cannot be resolved, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
If we cancel an Order after receiving payment, we will notify you and provide any refund due under applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy. We will not apply an unlawful cancellation fee.
14. Returns and Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are explained in our separate Return & Refund Policy, which should be read with these Terms.
Because Custom Products are made to the customer’s specifications, they generally cannot be returned solely because the customer changes their mind, no longer needs the product, changes a design preference after approval, or supplied or approved Artwork containing errors. Normal printing variations described in Section 9 are also not, by themselves, grounds for a return or reprint.
These limits do not exclude claims involving a Manufacturing Defect, transit damage, a material mismatch with the confirmed Order or approved Proof, or any other right or remedy available under applicable law. Please follow the claim procedure and reporting timeframe stated in the Return & Refund Policy.
15. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information;
- provide Artwork or design materials when required;
- review all Proofs carefully before approval;
- ensure that all submitted content is lawful;
- respond promptly to requests for clarification or approval;
- comply with these Terms and all related policies; and
- make payments when due.
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all customer-approved Artwork before production begins.
Failure to fulfil your responsibilities may result in production delays, cancellation of your Order, or additional charges where applicable.
16. Intellectual Property Policy
16.1 Customer Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the Artwork and other intellectual property that you lawfully provide to FZN Printing Co.
By submitting Artwork, you grant us a limited licence to use, reproduce, modify where necessary for production, store, and process that Artwork solely for the purpose of providing the requested products and services.
16.2 FZN Printing Co. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following remain the exclusive property of FZN Printing Co. or our licensors:
- website;
- branding;
- logo;
- product descriptions;
- graphics;
- templates;
- software;
- workflows;
- production methods;
- documentation; and
- other original content.
Nothing contained in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to the customer, except as stated in Section 8.5 for the final design created for your Order.
16.3 Portfolio Use and Publicity
We will not publicly display identifiable customer Artwork or completed products for our portfolio, marketing, social media, website content, exhibitions, or promotional materials unless you have given us prior express permission to do so.
This does not prevent us from using or retaining Artwork and product information internally where reasonably necessary to fulfil your Order, provide customer support, maintain business records, investigate a claim, or comply with law. We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
16.4 Copyright Complaints
If you believe that content produced by FZN Printing Co. infringes your intellectual property rights, you may contact us with sufficient information to investigate the matter.
We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or refuse disputed content while the matter is being reviewed.
17. Acceptable Use Policy
When using our website or services, you agree not to:
- provide false or misleading information;
- interfere with the operation or security of our website;
- misuse our services;
- attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
- upload malicious software or harmful code;
- use automated tools to disrupt our services;
- impersonate another person or organisation; or
- use our services for unlawful purposes.
Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of services.
18. Prohibited Content Policy
You must not submit Artwork or other content that:
- infringes intellectual property rights;
- is defamatory;
- is fraudulent or deceptive;
- promotes hatred or discrimination;
- promotes terrorism or criminal activity;
- contains unlawful obscene or sexually explicit material;
- violates privacy rights;
- breaches applicable laws; or
- otherwise exposes FZN Printing Co. to legal liability.
We reserve the right to refuse any Order containing prohibited content without assuming any obligation to provide detailed reasons.
19. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, consumer right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FZN Printing Co. will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, such as loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, anticipated savings, or business interruption, arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Where we are responsible for a confirmed product issue, any available remedy will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the Order. Depending on the issue and what the law permits, a remedy may include repair, reprinting, replacement, or refund. To the maximum extent legally permitted, our total liability for a claim relating to a specific Order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service.
This section does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that may not lawfully be limited, and it does not prevent a customer from exercising any mandatory statutory rights.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs arising directly from content or Artwork you supplied where that content infringes a third party’s rights or is unlawful, or from your material breach of these Terms or unlawful use of our website or services.
This responsibility applies only to the extent the claim or loss is attributable to your content, conduct, or breach, and does not apply to the extent caused by FZN Printing Co.’s own acts or omissions. We will notify you of a relevant third-party claim within a reasonable time where legally permitted and will reasonably cooperate in its handling. This section continues to apply after completion or cancellation of the relevant Order to the extent necessary to address a claim arising from events during the Order.
21. Force Majeure
FZN Printing Co. shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:
- natural disasters;
- floods;
- earthquakes;
- fires;
- epidemics or pandemics;
- war;
- civil unrest;
- acts of terrorism;
- government actions or restrictions;
- strikes or labour disputes;
- interruptions in transportation or courier services;
- shortages of materials;
- power failures;
- internet or telecommunications outages;
- equipment failures beyond reasonable control; or
- any other event beyond our reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise the impact of such events and resume normal operations as soon as practicable.
22. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how FZN Printing Co. collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information. We handle personal information in accordance with that policy and applicable law.
Where applicable law requires consent or a separate notice for a particular processing activity, nothing in these Terms replaces that requirement. Please review the Privacy Policy for details about the information processed in connection with Orders, customer support, design approvals, delivery, and marketing communications.
23. Third-Party Services
Our website and services may rely on or integrate with third-party providers, including payment gateways, courier and logistics providers, hosting providers, communication platforms, analytics providers, and other technology partners.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the independent operation or availability of a third-party service except to the extent responsibility remains with us under applicable law. Our use of third-party providers does not reduce any consumer rights or obligations that applicable law places on FZN Printing Co.
24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, our products, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi, India.
This does not limit any right that a consumer has under applicable law to bring a complaint before a consumer commission or another forum in the place where they reside or work.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions.
Nothing in this section limits either party’s right to seek urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary.
25. Changes to These Terms
FZN Printing Co. may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, products, services, legal requirements, or operational processes.
The updated version will be published on our website together with the revised “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply to Orders placed after the revised Terms become effective unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We encourage customers to review these Terms periodically before placing an Order.

These Terms, the Order details confirmed by FZN Printing Co., and any subject-specific policy expressly referenced for that Order form the agreement between you and FZN Printing Co. concerning the website, products, and services, except where supplemented by a written agreement signed or otherwise expressly accepted by both parties.
The Privacy Policy provides separate information about personal-information handling. Informational pages such as Contact Information and Legal Notice do not become contractual terms merely because they are published on the website. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Any invalid provision shall, where possible, be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
Waiver
Failure or delay by FZN Printing Co. in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
Any waiver shall be effective only if made expressly in writing.
Survival
The provisions concerning Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, outstanding payment obligations, Governing Law and Jurisdiction, and any other provisions that by their nature are intended to survive shall continue in effect after the completion, cancellation, or termination of an Order.
